SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information:
As appropriate, some items may be shipped to the FFL or the provided customer address.

All rifle, shotgun, and ammunition orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (no PO Box addresses please).

Handgun orders will either ship UPS Air, FedEx Express (Air), or USPS Priority Mail at the discretion of Redbird Tactical.

Accessory orders may be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or any method offered by the USPS at the discretion of Redbird Tactical.

Due to federal regulations, firearms, and ammunition orders cannot be shipped in the same package.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours (or until we receive the necessary paperwork from the destination FFL) of the order being placed. Please allow and plan for delays during high-volume periods as these can change drastically. You will receive an email with tracking info once your item has shipped. We ship to the USA only. Our items are not to be exported.

Firearms will ONLY ship to an FFL holder (or C&R license holder if applicable). If you do not have an FFL, then you must find one in your area to handle the transfer for you.

Shipping charges are never refunded. If you return an item for any reason, please know we will not refund the shipping charges you incurred when we shipped the order to you. (With the exception of incorrect products sent deemed our fault.) This includes items returned due to a change in federal, state, or local regulations which may be enacted after the order is placed but prior to delivery to the customer.

We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. No exceptions.​​

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If something is missing from your order, this must be reported within 3 days of the order being delivered. Please contact us with your name, order #, and details of the missing item. Please note that we will not be able to assist with missing items reported after this 3-day timeframe.

Redbird Tactical will not be responsible for packages returned to us that are refused delivery, and you will be liable for additional shipping charges to re-ship any packages.

All firearms are shipped adult signature is required. If no adult is available to sign for the package and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We only ship firearms to an address on the FFL (or C&R, if applicable) license. Firearms shipments cannot be held at the hub, shipped to alternate locations, or rerouted. They must be delivered to the shipping address and signed for by an adult.

You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that billing and shipping information is entered correctly on your order. If you enter the shipping address incorrectly on an order, Redbird Tactical is not responsible if that order is not delivered correctly.

Redbird Tactical will not be responsible or liable for order contents lost or damaged during transit. All shipping insurance claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Redbird Tactical reserves the right to require proof of loss or damage as a condition of fulfilling a claim, which may include, without limitation, retention of damaged items, shipping containers, and/or shipping materials, submission of photos of damaged items and/or shipping containers/materials, or return of damaged contents. All claims are subject to approval by the shipping carrier. If approved, shipping insurance claims are limited to a maximum liability in the lesser amount of the order subtotal including shipping but excluding shipping insurance and other additional costs.​

We will contact your FFL to receive the necessary paperwork for transfer BEFORE we ship your item. Alternatively, they can submit their paperwork HERE.
RETURN POLICY
Returns can be costly for internet sellers of firearms. At Redbird Tactical, we strive to ensure your order is shipped accurately and meets our advertising standards. If you need to make a return, please review the following policies:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL No returns will be accepted except for incorrect products sent deemed an issue on our part.

If you have received an incorrect item, please fill out this form HERE.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer in ALL instances, except when we shipped you the incorrect item due to our error. In such cases, a call tag or return shipping label may be issued.

All returned items must be in the same condition as when we shipped them. Redbird Tactical reserves the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be issued.​​

For items under a manufacturer warranty, customers should handle returns directly with the manufacturer.
​

No returns will be accepted for any parts kits for any reason, including missing/damaged parts. The buyer assumes all responsibility for missing/damaged parts when ordering a parts kit.

No returns will be accepted for cosmetic issues, missing items, etc., once the firearm(s) have been transferred to you by your FFL (dealer). ALWAYS inspect your firearm(s) PRIOR to accepting the transfer from your dealer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Firearms cannot be shipped with live rounds. Please ensure all live rounds are removed from firearms before shipping them.
REFUND POLICY​​
Refunds
All sales are FINAL, no refunds will be issued except the following:

Incorrect product sent, deemed an issue on our part. We will not accept responsibility for the misreading of product descriptions or product information by the customer. Please read all product descriptions and related information before purchasing.

Incorrect products deemed to be the fault of Redbird Tactical will NOT be subject to any restocking fees or return shipping costs to the customer.

Redbird Tactical is NOT responsible for buyer remorse.

Redbird Tactical is NOT responsible for the customer's inability to accept the product due to issues regarding the legal ability to possess items like firearms.
